TS2:TS2: Humans, being selfish and self-centred in nature, would wnat to make use of the talents and skills of the people around them/in their group to achieve his/her goal which could be the group's common goal. So when everyone in the group makes use of everyone else's talents, their common goal could be achieved more easily. Therefore, Humans would naturally want to come together in groups to solve their problems easily and achieve their common goals.

  3. However, others may contend that people do not want to work together becuase sometimes they persist in different ideas and are unwilling to make a concession. Nevertheless, we must take into consideration that it only applies to a minority of the people. Human beings are social creatures, so most of the time they are able to communicate effectively and accommodate one another's views. Most of them will try to make a compromise so that ultimately, they achieve their goal.
