I agree that humans mostly form co-operative relationships as these relationships are a means of sharing resources and information with the other person, which will help you to gain more knowledge to survive. These relationships are built on the belief that both parties will benefit in some way from their co-operation, as humans are naturally selfish and they will use any opportunity to make life better for themselves, and these co-operative relationships will ensure that both parties get some form of benefit or advantage. These cooperative relationship creates a win-win scenario for both affected parties.
Most of the times, many tasks cannot be accomplished by one man alone. The person will find it difficult or even almost impossible to accomplish and fulfil his or her goals. This person will ultimately need to work with others to achieve his goals. Without the help of the people around him/her, he/she could not make any progress towards reaching his/her desired goal.
"My way or No way." This is the view of many humans today -be it individual leaders or nations. Humans, given their stubborn stance, are often unwilling to come to a compromise on things with the people around them. In order to avoid utter humiliation and loss of credibility, they would go all out to justify that their way of doing things is the best way. They would not bear to listen to others.
